On September 10, we received official notice from the Virginia Supreme Court that our appeal has been granted, and will be heard by the court. A date for oral arguments has not been set, but it will follow a series of filings by Blacksburg United for Responsible Growth, the Town of Blacksburg, and by Fairmount Properties. We expect the entire process to take until March or April of 2009.
